Our Floor Sandpaper Bundles include a practical combination of sanding belts (for hire machines 203mm x 480mm), edger discs (178mm x 22mm), and orbital discs (150mm) to support the complete timber floor sanding process—from coarse sanding and coating removal through to smoothing and final preparation.

Choose the bundle size that best matches your project area:

Suitable for small to medium-sized floor sanding projects.

• Sanding Belts: 40 Grit × 1 / 60 Grit × 1 / 80 Grit × 1 / 100 Grit × 1
• Edger Discs: 40 Grit × 5 / 80 Grit × 3
• Orbital Discs: 80 Grit × 4

▪️50–75m² Bundle

Suitable for medium to large floor sanding projects.

• Sanding Belts: 40 Grit × 2 / 60 Grit × 1 / 80 Grit × 1 / 100 Grit × 1
• Edger Discs: 40 Grit × 8 / 80 Grit × 6
• Orbital Discs: 80 Grit × 8

Suitable for larger floor sanding projects or multiple rooms.

• Sanding Belts: 40 Grit × 4 / 60 Grit × 2 / 80 Grit × 2 / 100 Grit × 2

The suggested coverage for each bundle is an average guide only, as every timber floor is different.

The amount of sandpaper required may vary depending on the timber type, floor condition, existing coating, sanding method, machine performance, and operator experience. Heavily coated, uneven, damaged, or particularly hard floors may require additional sandpaper.

Please assess your floor condition before ordering and consider purchasing extra sandpaper where required.
